Well here it goes. After much talk and persuasion from some friends, I've officially started a blog. Just what the internet needs.. another fitness blog, right?
My purpose is pretty simple. I want to share with family & friends (and anyone else interested) what I've done over the past year and a half to regain control over my health & body. It's a good balance of working out but also eating right! Not dieting- I hate that word! But eating reasonably healthy food that is made with just fresh ingredients.
I plan to share my favorite recipes, tips & tricks to not giving in to junk, how to eat clean and of course, all about working out! I love working out, and I love food too. But as I've learned, diet is a huge HUGE part of your physique. You are what you eat. So sometimes that means I need to toss out the cookies and grab an apple. Give it a try, you will see just what I mean.
I'm excited to start this new blog! But first, I need to get my beauty sleep! G'night. :-)
